 The application of scientific knowledge on practical experiments in industries is called ‘Technology. ‘ Technology is the combination of techniques, skills, and several other methods. If we take an example, the best one is the invention of tools to produce fire. That is from stone to modern devices. The design of the wheel helped us to travel from place to place. If we take a few more examples, an invention of the bulb, the telephone, the printing press, the internet helped communicate globally.

 Technology helped and affected the development of many advanced things. But the questions that made us confused are whether Technology made everything easy or worsened our lives. Many arguments took place. Some said it is beneficial, and few noted that it is harmful.

Disadvantages of Using Technology: 

Waste of time with modern Technology: 

Usage of many modern gadgets like video games, television, play stations, mobile phones can waste our precious time. We are using these gadgets while working, or studying can kill our time. 

Distraction from the study: 

          All those devices are the most common things that distract us from work and study. Television, mobile phones, and other similar devices waste most of the time. I’m not meant to say no to these devices but, limited use may save our quality time. 

Decreases the creativity levels: 

Technology can decrease the creativity levels that we have. If we take a good example, these days, online/ e-commerce business is becoming more demand. People are creating duplicates for handmade crafts and arts and selling them online with more price. Because of that, the need for actual creators is becoming low. In another way, addiction to these things is leading to laziness. People who possess all the creative skills may depend on the internet and lose them. For example, if kids nowadays are interested in sports, the internet is more attractive for them, and they may shift their interest, so the creativity level is gradually decreased. 

Social Isolation: 

People are so addicted to technology and keep themselves busy using phones or watching television. They can’t go out and meet or communicate with people, which leads to social isolation.   

Environmental problems: 

Because of modern technology, our environment is also affected. Factories emit harmful gases and vehicles and make a lot of air pollution, noise pollution, water pollution. 

Health problem: 

Eyesight, hearing problems, obesity, headache, skin problems, and many more. 

Waste of money: 

The point is, what is the use of buying costly devices when we have alternatives. Buying expensive electronic devices is simply a waste of money. For example, we have a mi smartphone that costs 10,000 and iPhone which costs around 50,000 and more. Features are the same, but the price is different. Spending too much money on these devices is just a waste of money. 

Security issues: 

Security is also one of the issues in Technology. Advanced Technology causes security issues. That can lead to the loss of money, time, and even lives of people sometimes. 

Disadvantages of Technology in Business:

1. Managing your Technology can be costly and time-consuming  

 2. IT can become a massive time suck for employees  

 3. Lack of transparency in Technology can lead to data breaches and security issues   

4. Low employee morale due to the common misconception that Technology will do everything for them   

5. Loss of creativity among employees who are not encouraged to think creatively  

 6. Employees may become complacent when given too much autonomy over tasks, leading to lowered productivity or quality assurance on tasks they’re assigned

In modern days transportation has become much more accessible and comfortable. The invention of the airplane and the car made imaginary things possible.

Cell phones are the best example. In past days it used to take days to send or receive emails. But now, it has become pretty easy to communicate through mobile phones. All thanks to the Technology. 

4. Technology in agriculture:

Harvesting, farming, everything became easy these days. Specialized machines used in agriculture make our work easy.
